It's on the same floor as the exit to KTM station. Just ask information desk where is the exit to KTM station, it is inside Midvalley just before the exit to KTM station.

It might be closed now because today is after the 28 Feb deadline for payment but you can try.

For your information, Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) upgraded its existing financial management system. The use of the new financial management system is effective from January 2020. Therefore, the assessment rate account number will change from eight (8) digits to thirteen (13) digits. Please use the new account number for tax assessment inquiries / payments.



Another option is to use DBKL mobile apps, MOBIS. Register and fill in the account number to check and make payment.



Please be inform that, DBKL services with MyEG has been terminated from 22 Mei 2020.

Can't even pay their parking saman on any platform at all!! DBKL can do die la!!!

Thanks for sharing this info. The mobile app is actually one of the payment methods printed on the physical bill and I have overlooked it.

By they way, the mobile app is still very basic. It doesn't remember my account number after it is closed and reopened.

On top of that, it also doesn't reflect the real time balance after I made my payment through jompay.

Have you gotten the account number？

You can use your old account number in Mobis app.

Using Mobis, I tried paying for my mum's property in Bangsar Baru using the old acct number 1017xxxx5 (9 digit) and it doesn't seem to work as it says acct cannot be found - tried 8 digit without the last digit also does not work. How can i get the 13 digit new acct number?

You can try calling their toll free number since u hv the account number (although it's the old number but i suppose they should be able to check).

I called the other day，but as i dun know the account number at all，so they were unable to check anything for me.

Thank you very much for your reply - i am stuck in Sydney Aust at the moment with not many flights going back to KL.

I used to pay using JomPay biller code 6981 followed by the account number but when i try now, i am getting an error (error being Ref-1 which is the account number is not correct).

I am in Sydney and the toll free number doesn't work overseas. I will probably wait until my sister (who is living in the property) gets the new assessment in the mail.

I have not tried Dbkl online - i only tried the Mobis app.

I think Bangsar Baru would be under Wilayah - is it possible to give me the DBKL web address? - I have lived and worked in Aust for 40 years now and don't know much about the procedures/process of payment in Malaysia. My sister in KL is 70+ and she doesn't bother to learn as well

I have tried paying using this with my MBB acct and i used 6981 as the Biller Code with my old account number (9 digit) but it is saying that account number is not correct. It was working May 2019 (last year) when i paid around rm545 (from memory). I may need to wait until my sister receives the assessment later this year.

My sister in KL got the assessment notice 3 days ago and she gave me the 13 digit new assessment number - i paid using Jom (biller code 6981) with Maybank and the payment went through.

How to check the assessment amount to be paid online?

No letters sent to my house and I need to verify the final amount before transferring via online banking.

I have downloaded the Mobis app and i managed to login and checked my assessment (13 digit account number) - old account number which has 9 digit doesn't work. You will need to know the new account number (13 digit) before you can check.
