Called DBKL yesterday (Feb 4) and confirmed bills are not sent out yet. I called their Pejabat Kewangan (Finance Dept) at 03-20282490 or 03-20282497 and managed to get my new 13-digit account number (just give them the old account number). Remember to check the amount of assessment payable. I paid via online banking. Hope this info helps.

Thanks! I emailed them today with my old account numbers and they replied 3 hours later with the new account numbers AND the latest bill statements.

So just email them, it's easier than calling.

tried calling and emailed. both didnt work. no ppl pick up call and replied my email.

Just go to Midvalley one month before Feb and August.

They have a temporary counter there.

I got my new number from there.

Those people are lazy people who won't pick up call or email unless they meet you face to face.

hi there , mind share the location of the temp counter like which part of the mind valley and which floor ?
also, any idea the counter open until when ?
