Among Asus Zenbook UX333F-NA4050T and HP Envy 13-AH1038TX, which one has better performance and solid build?

Both will throttle - normal in 13 inch Ultrabook with dGPU

Exterior build wise UX333 is better, however QC wise both aren't that great

Give me more info: Usage, preference on weight and battery life, mind high sRGB display and non-upgradeable RAM
Fast limit - power limit for the first few seconds (basically useless)
Slow limit - power limit for a long duration until STAPM power reaches slow limit value
STAPM limit - power limit forever - 15w is typical especially for convertible

From what I know, you can adjust performance setting in HP Command Center so maybe you can try to play around that. If you want best performance possible, can try tuning using Ryzenadj. Also, the power limits seem to be higher than the previous Envy x360 13
