Lolz the layout like flat larrr, toilet windows and kitchen all attached to the corridor, ceiling height is very low as well, cramped corridor, outside looks nice only but inside yuckkk, if you wan to compare facilities, it goes to Skyawani series

I oso noticed that the lifts used are Eita Schneider, a very slow and problematic lifts, why not Kone or Schindler larrr

I would rather prefer the developer spend more money on the interior rather than the exterior, the layout is not practical at all

Yea, even the separate parking block also, u need to take lift to go down from your unit then walkover to the parking block then take lift up or down again, lolzzz
