That area is quite high dense , please take into account the 2000 units from PPA1M LTAT , 1342 units from Residensi Bintang, 3792 units from PPR Pinggiran Bukit Jalil... I doubt that the road is cater for such high traffic.

When your house is 1km from lrt, would you drive or walk? It will still be better to walk right? You can go to university LRT in the morning and you walk up to connexion, you can see tons of working classes walking 1km and up from various condominiums around there.

1st I will never buy property 1km from MRt/Lrt. it defeats the purpose of using the service.

the further apartment to MRT was 700mtr. Even this I sold already recently.

I don't know exactly 'many' as you mentioned are white collar management level. for me, I will never walk 1km from Uni station to capri. its not only uphill, you can ensure that my biz shirt will be soaking with sweat.
