1st I will never buy property 1km from MRt/Lrt. it defeats the purpose of using the service.
the further apartment to MRT was 700mtr. Even this I sold already recently. I don't know exactly 'many' as you mentioned are white collar management level. for me, I will never walk 1km from Uni station to capri. its not only uphill, you can ensure that my biz shirt will be soaking with sweat. |
