“Saya dah cukup sabar dan bertolak-ansur dengan mereka, tapi cara mereka sangat mendesak. Saya dah tak mahu layan,” kata pelakon Datin Diana Danielle mengenai ketidakpuasan hati apabila namanya disenarai hitam Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN).

Isteri kepada pelakon Datuk Farid Kamil ketika dihubungi Harian Metro enggan mengulas lanjut mengenai setiap luahan kekesalannya terhadap LHDN di Instagram Story, baru-baru ini.

“No komen. Semua saya dah luahkan di Instagram,” katanya ringkas.

Sebelum ini, Diana meluahkan rasa tidak puas hati di akaun Instagram miliknya terhadap tindakan LHDN yang didakwa mengenakan sekatan ke luar negara akibat mempunyai tunggakan cukai pendapatannya dianggarkan sebanyak RM350,000.

Pelakon yang popular dengan watak antagonis dalam drama Raisha itu melalui hantaran Instagram Story mendakwa LHDN tidak berhak meminta dia membayar tunggakan cukai pendapatan itu sehingga agensi terbabit membayar ‘hutang’ sebanyak RM100,000 kepadanya yang dituntut sejak setahun lalu.

Menerusi hantaran itu, Diana mendakwa dia diminta membayar RM350,000 oleh LHDN sedangkan dia belum mengemukakan sebarang dokumen.

Bagaimanapun, hasil perbincangan Diana bersama LHDN menyebabkan jumlah itu dikurangkan kepada RM150,000.

Malah, dia mendakwa LHDN memintanya membayar secara ansuran sebanyak RM11,000 setiap bulan.

Diana memaklumkan dia hanya mengetahui dirinya dikenakan sekatan ke luar negara ketika mahu ke Jepun atas urusan kerja, baru-baru ini.

Bagaimanapun, dia diminta membuat bayaran ‘upfront’ sebanyak RM70,000 terlebih dulu bagi membolehkan dirinya dibenarkan ke luar negara.

I work as tax agent, I know how hard to run business properly seeing my clients' accounts. And these celebrities, business people display questionable lifestyle to me, difficult to pay LHDN is a tell tale sign, may just be a tip of the iceberg.

Business is not easy nowadays, need strong cashflow to sustain the business and with the current economy situation, higher bad debt for them. A lot of celebrities i know got product endorsement at their instagram or facebook, those small small job advertising can earn about 5 figures easily. that's why their money easy come and able to afford luxury lifestyle.

if don't know engage a tax consultant to help u sort out all this matter, takkan RM5-10k also cannot afford
