Best Camera For Beginners?

Olympus em5....great starter camera with IBIS built in...not the newest model but cheap enough to adopt and learn

For the Point and Shoot, the Sony RX100M3 or RX100M5A (Fastest/Brightest for any point and shoot, 1" sensor) is a great place to start =D
