But more importantly, listen in from @8:42 onwards where they were talking about the PS5's UI. In a nutshell, it's frustrating and several idiotic step backwards Sony has taken on the UI.

To quote: "the UI is like a new coat of paint, except the color of the paint is poop brown".

Fucking knew Sony would somehow fuck up the UI in one way or another. Remember, they took a year and half to introduce folders on the PS4.

With b/c multi platform games, XSX loads faster than PS5 when they are installed in their internal SSDs. Yikes.

Uhm Arkham Knight was not Pro or One X enhanced. XSX is still faster.

Took 11 years for The Last Guardian to finally be playable, 2 generations.

The PS Collection version is the digital version, which means it is already updated to the latest 1.03 patch. That patch locks the framerate to 30fps.

You NEED the disc version which does not have the 1.03 patch, since the original non-patched version runs at an unlocked framerate.

Yes, out of the box on day 1 - the game was running unlocked framerate. That was the reason why the game was broken when it first released nearly 4 years ago. It was basically unplayable. Locking the framerate to 30fps was at least somewhat acceptable, especially on the PS4 Pro as you do get 30fps (with terrible framepacing of course) throughout the game for the most part if you lock the resolution to 1080p.

I do not think there will be a new patch for TLG. That team has already been disbanded and moved to other locations within PlayStation Worldwide studios. Fumito Ueda is no longer with PlayStation either.

Let me just say that the units available for PO is very limited.

The disc read is only when you launch a game, for the first 3 seconds. This is just to authenticate the game is original. The system doesn't read the disc anymore after that unless you close the game.

You can claim it first as usual with all PS+ games, been this way since PS+ launched. Just redeem it on the web.

Yet they won't support Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos....

Round 1 and PS5 lost. While XSX isn't really a whole lot better, the fact that it has VRR support means that those fluctuating framerates aren't as annoying as on the PS5.

You guys should have tried Sony's store instead of hammering Shopee, already got one.
