Looking for subsale recommendation, around KL area

Hi all, I'm not an active forum user but my sister recommended me to ask here. I'm looking for a cheap subsale condo around KL area (I work near Midvalley) to buy and move into I don't mind if the property is old, as long as it is well maintained preferably with good management. It would be awesome if you personally stayed there before. Do let me know even if you have any bad experience. Criteria: 1) Budget - ±RM300k 2) Size - 500~1000sqft 3) Area - Preferably near Midvalley, or accessible to convenient highway 4) Must have at least 1 parking 5) FREEHOLD Any recommendations? OUG Parklane! The best new condo around. My new condo means those below 10 years old OUG Parklane (3 Bedrooms 2 Bathroom either 1 or 2 carpark - 340k - 400k approx, lelong can get 330k or lower) Tiara Mutiara (2 Bedrooms 1 Bathroom 1 Carpark - 340k - 400k) Old condo maybe Seri Jati
