 Looking for subsale recommendation, around KL area

Hi all,

I'm not an active forum user but my sister recommended me to ask here.

I'm looking for a cheap subsale condo around KL area (I work near Midvalley) to buy and move into

I don't mind if the property is old, as long as it is well maintained preferably with good management.
It would be awesome if you personally stayed there before. Do let me know even if you have any bad experience.

Criteria:
1) Budget - ±RM300k
2) Size - 500~1000sqft
3) Area - Preferably near Midvalley, or accessible to convenient highway
4) Must have at least 1 parking
5) FREEHOLD

I have went to OUG parklane to look for rent before, that place doesn't seem bad.
Anyone know how the management there is like?

1. You might meet a lot of foreigners, like from bangladesh, pakistan or Africans. If you don't mind staying with them in the same block, then it's fine.

Overall staying experience and is fine, and very convenient. Amenities quite complete. Workmanship pun ok.
Water bill controlled by management. I think minimum RM30 monthly, use or don't use. But people in management are nice and friendly.

And also, try to avoid peak hour. You can try stay airbnb there to experience.

In the end maybe won't get subsale after all.
