My parcel was allocated to flash express. Collected on 10 May but no moving after move to 3PL_Vir_Zeego. Where is 3PL_Vir_Zeego? Want to know can go collect not.

Does anyone know how I can file a complaint about item stuck at hub. I tried the customer service chat but was unable to summon a live agent. Kept getting generic bot reply. I tried calling the hotline but could not get my order number recognised so was unable to proceed with the call. Based on the app's tracking, my item was picked up from Perai and arrived at Bayan Lepas, which was great because my address is in the same district. But then for some reason, it got picked up at KUALA (I'm assuming Kuala Muda based on app's tracking map) and has been there ever since. I cannot understand the detour. Why from Bayan Lepas it went out of the way to Kuala Muda when the receiver is in Bayan Lepas? How accurate is the app's tracking?

Get-By date is 21 May. Based on the app's description, delivery partner is Flash MY.

My item is not expensive nor is it small - 3 pieces of cushion seat. I keep speculating what the reason could be - misplaced? manpower shortage?

How can I communicate with a live agent? How long does my order need to get stuck before it is automatically cancelled?

Can it get stuck indefinitely or is there a window whereby after certain date it will get automatically cancelled if there is no further progress on the delivery?

Just some update:

I tried again summoning the live agent and finally got through after repeating "Live agent" six times. So now they will monitor for another 2-4 working days. Auto cancellation within June 02, 2022 as that is the maximum given to courier for delivery. When I asked if the delay is occurring at the delivery partner's side of the process, I received a polite reply apologizing and assuring that necessary action is being taken regarding the delay. So, I still do not know where the delay is occurring.

I think next time when I order and complete payment, I should quickly check who the delivery partner is. If I lack confidence in that particular courier and the cancel button is still available, I should consider cancelling the order before it proceed to packing status.

As I mentioned in my earlier post, I still do not know where the delay is occurring - whether at internal logistic's side or the delivery partner's side. It doesn't look like they would give out such information.

If an order is not yet packed, the cancel button is usually available. I have not noticed if the delivery partner is stated at this stage. I should make a mental note of this with my next order.

Check everyday with Flash Express and they replied me:

"Dear sir,
In Zeego's tracking system, the parcel is delivered. If you have not received your parcel, we will suggest you to send an email to customerservice@flashexpress.my cc sharina_shaari@flashexpress.my to claim for refund."

Their tracking system not showed delivery at all. Very lousy. AND I not received the items at all.

Belkin also reputable brand only, not necessary good stuffs. Hardcore user will just buy MK socket and custom their own cable.
