If refer to this, usually freelancer can do with their own transport. Same go Shopee Express. Nothing New. Start long ago since MCO.

The parcel still not moving at all despite complained to Flash Express FB. Really suck this courier company. The company still in Raya Festival mood. How long usually Malaysian celebrate Raya actually? One month?

You lucky. My order was on 7 May. Still stuck at 3PL_Vir_Zeego which Flash Express FB told me still at Hub Klang. Reason given due to HUGE amount of shipments which has caused a delay in their delivery operation. Nothing much can be done besides just WAIT.

Me since 10 May. Klang Hub got problem. Useless to msg flash express thru FB too. They just ask you to wait.

Basically you can't do anything. MY item with Flash Express. Complaint made to Flash Express & Lazada too..... standard reply given. They replied will escalate the issue. After that still nothing update on tracking. You can totally GIVE UP. Let it be, dont track will make your life better. Hahaha.....

I wish can cancel but can't at the moment. Maybe can be done after one month?

Usually when you saw who delivery partner is, you can't cancel. Good luck to try. Flash Express really bad courier company. Can't cancel at all. Lazada keep asking to wait.

You seems new to Lazada, an order is not yet packed, no courier info given and only got chance to cancel. Once packed, courier info given, you won't be able to cancel.,

Check everyday with Flash Express and they replied me:

"Dear sir,
In Zeego's tracking system, the parcel is delivered. If you have not received your parcel, we will suggest you to send an email to customerservice@flashexpress.my cc sharina_shaari@flashexpress.my to claim for refund."

Their tracking system not showed delivery at all. Very lousy. AND I not received the items at all.

Called Lazada and was told have to wait after 31 May 2022 and asked to call back on 1 Jun 2022 to do manual refund. They can't just rely on our msg on FB messenger with courier company to decide the refund despite courier company said the parcel is delivered but we yet received. And was told that Lazada's courier company have 15 working days for delivery. My order on 7 May 2022 and only took up by Flash Express on 10 May 2022.

I just did for first time last month to DIY MK heavy duty plug & Metal Clad with Fajar 3C 2,5mm Black Cable.
