Called up Lazada Customer Service to check my account. The CS said no issue on my account & system only indicated I collected numerous vouchers. I told him that if I collected too many vouchers till hit the limited, the system will prompt me to delete. The CS no idea of this at all and only ask me to unistall & reinstall it. Did not help at all.

Yes I can see my case which filed yesterday in lazada system and today I raise up again with another Lazada officer by given screenshot of the app error message today morning : Your request is unsuccessful from unusual behavior. Try check out without voucher (VC01)". Lazada CS can't find any problem from their system. She try to escalate this to their relevant team for further checking.
I tried again just now. Lazada Vouchers interface back to NORMAL. I can collect Lazada vouchers as usual. Hope issue really solve now. I get the same problem as you last week. Suddenly happened and try everything include reinstalled all not work. Have to file complaint to Lazada few times only solve it. Share with CS this screenshot they will know let their team to solve for you.

Actually I found out system will auto collect whenever you click those coins or lucky egg. You can find out from your vc pool. Just unable to collect all vc. Bought few items from Lazada since 10 Nov 2025. All difference sellers. None of them collect by courier. Order from Shopee made on 10 Nov already delivered to my home today. Lazada 11.11 sales too big to handle?
