Guys I've never received an incorrect order from Lazada before, until today. Bought two items on 7.7 from the same seller. One of the items (the cheaper one) was sent wrong.
What is the process here yea? Will seller send the correct one? Do I have to ship back? If yes, all items or just wrong items, since got two items in the order. This is from Lazmall seller. What is the catch for FPX 30-20 voucher?
To be honest, the item I want is RM100, would have much preferred using Citibank CC, 100-18. Oh well... |
