Nope, china seller act quick in 11.11, if you don't go for OT to pack items, then the customer sure angry for not having their items within 1-4 days, too much items.
Even the CS are OT in midnight.

And also, they don't know Lazada or shopee will cancel order if not packed in 7 days, and also not shipped in 7 days, unless small shop which lack of own backend system for keep tracking of order.

That is very possible especially non-mall sellers.

For China, if overtime, you can just cancel and report seller to get some pocket money for the seller dishonor the expected shipping time, and yes, there shown a shipping in 25 days etc when you go for each product page. :thumbsup:

And yes, there is some people abuse this system, if the seller set wrong price or items amount, well, gg, waiting for closing shop.

This is why lazada and shopee allow seller to cancel order, either you want to watch all the seller run away, or some buyer run away.
But lazada got a system to keep track of this, so don't worry too much, just, some seller using it to, well, selling items in Crazy flash sale like 10 of them, then cancel your order for shipping 7 days timeout.

Just be cautious when you purchase from Roborock flagship store..they said that they going to ship by latest on last Thursday (19.12.2019)..so far the item (if it is truly exist) is still in the warehouse..when I asked to the Lazada live agent..they said that the seller is entitled to lie to the customer as long as they delivered within the estimation period..

When I tried to ask the seller, the seller remains unanswered to my question despite I asked during working days..

Today I attended tribunal with Lazada representative and seller attendance. Unfortunately, since the laser engraver was for business purposes, the judge said I have to go to 'small claims' court hearing. Seller smirked right away when the judge rejected my claims since it's not under her jurisdiction. I told both the seller and Lazada that I will definitely file this to the respective court unless my money is refunded. Seller was rude and spattered nonsensical remarks such as 'I came to tribunal to embarrass you' Lazada representative sounded him telling him to be courteous to buyers at all time. I do hope Lazada would take stern action towards the seller rude behavior! After several mediation sessions by Lazada representative, the seller finally gave in and refunded my money. Guys, please be aware of this store Little Rabbits 168' . Seller refuses to acknowledge when item is defect and handle the situation very rudely.

If redeem RM40 in a go, it's treated as rebate and added straight to your lazwallet (the difficult thing is to park at 10am and pray hard you're the lucky guy and mange to cashout, quota very limited); which will allow you to further stack/use with other platform voucher for overall a really great discount.

If redeem as voucher, it is treated as a platform voucher with some relatively high minimum spend, so not the most optimized option unless you're despo for discount and have no other means for the time been.

PSA: Though one word of warning, the RM40 rebate will expire in 7 days and will be a pain in the ass (expecting to be goner) if your order somehow require cancellation or return. I returned my order and the rebate didn't get issued back to me as by the time return is completed, 7 days had lapsed and the rebate been treated as expired. So be smart and wary to use them on something that's unlikely to get cancelled or will get returned (in other words - find a reliable seller that won't mess up the order, or simply cashout by paying bills).

p/s: Come to think bout it, I just realise redeem as voucher might be just as risky, as LZD don't have the tradition of revalidating your vouchers if your order somehow need to cancel or returned.

The issue with those voucher is the minimum spend, and it restrict you to further use with some typical 15-5 or 60-10 platform voucher which lazada will award for free occasionally.

I normally only redeem as Rm1 (5 min) when I have no further voucher can give discount with.

Last week require password login to pay for mobile, while still allowing QRcode scan pay, and yes it did get my account frozen because I forgot password + key in my PIN to pay as I using it like TnG ewallet...
And yes, you can frozen other's account by login repeatedly, it will also kick them out.

So I guess at least they modify this part, which is good and bad la, because they can detect dup with Boost App(which disallow someone try to login repeatedly), not on others website payment.
