is two different voucher dispensing mechanics.. can be either 1 that they select.. see what the host say..

one is pink bag, the other is voucher rain.. actually got a third which is just pop up on top left and click collect (but this one long time no see already since oct/nov last year i think, so is an old method guess wont be coming back)

but one thing for sure is, if you are using iOS devices, your chance of getting vouchers will be higher no matter what method they release it..
