I don't understand coz both of my 2 android phone (one new one old) the pop up did appear and able to claim.

Android version matter, like my phone, Android 7.1 Taobao can use latest version, Android 11 can't, while Android 11 can, Android 7.1 can't.All, because they got a bad patch system...
