Maybe laz can try to assign different timing for different user account so no need to spam on that timing.
Like 8:01pm , 8:03pm , 8:05pm and etc for different batch of user.laz should test whether it's better approach.Like this 1k user at 8:03pm then next 1k at 8:05pm.

laz is fighting bots but too sensitive on the security.You sure it's data issue ? but you can collect it ?
Just call CS now to fix your issue if not this 3 days brithday you can't even buy anything and also without free shipping.
Like someone who travel oversea open laz apps and suddenly cannot see voucher.
