laz don't understand about bots , bots are 2 type , one is real bots another is seller bots.

laz should change the ban differently , any account got tng or CC bind in the account will not ban easily.It's system issue
It's worst if you count no small item voucher.Crack egg don't give 4-4 , today coins suddenly reduce drop to 7.5% / 4.5% , free shipping 0-5 oos and didn't even know have it.Most important very less seller voucher 50%.

It's not worst if you are buying rm100 above since it give 15% or better for those have $$ to buy 1k above.
laz convert the budget from the small voucher to big voucher 2k-1k but for us who want to collect big voucher and use in time is impossible.Except you spend another 3k to buy Iphone.

Thanks for the test , seemly it's laz error site.I suspect system auto reject all user to collect the voucher and label all user block all the IP.
Only happen in malaysia , I don't see other contry like SG having this issue.

laz coins night and day also different coin deduction.Morning high , afternoon low and night also different , don't even know what laz doing.
I remember coins last birthday at 35% then 25% ,23% now only max 20%.

What did you survey ? Most electronic or phone cannot use voucher and low coin deduction , 1-4% only.
High item price sometimes stay the same like samsung 4k phone but lower end phone like I search Poco xiaomi phone only give 1%
laz set the AI change coins amount as they like especially reduce the coins amount on sales day.

why laz change so many things ?
Example , the voucher , some item can apply some cannot , Mall voucher can't be use even it's a mall seller ?
The voucher become very unclear of categories.Electronic voucher only 5%-8% , like that who going to buy.

It's the system , laz I think implement the detection of unusual behavior and more sensitive.
They may detect wrongly and most of us happen before.If you don't contact them will be like this for 1 month or more.

If anyone want to test , use your 4/5G data go to voucher page collect few voucher then after that disconnect and use Wifi and collect again.If luck next few day you'll see your voucher gone , if not instantly gone.

Some user here having the same issue , oversea don't login to laz at all , no vpn and etc.Now all of our IP is Private with Unifi , then laz become very sensitive.

Same as for me , worst where the bug , both seller item cannot apply free shipping and only visible for 1 free shipping end up still need to pay for rm4.90.

I still remember almost the same issue cannot select free shipping.2 years back when we cannot select which free shipping to use as it lock to auto apply.I remember I collect no minimum spend shipping and 15-5 together but when check out it auto apply shipping no minimum spend instate of 15-5 even my product is over rm30.
