No shop voucher and cannot apply if lower than final price.
Now already cut more than half , Why so surprise , last 3 months still have 0-5 and 8-5 free shipping and can collect as much 15-5 as you can.
As long as no shop voucher and final price to apply shipping , not possible anymore to buy stuff below rm15.
