Guys, Lazada have auto cancelled one of my orders!!! I purchased this at a very good price. Their reason is my shipping address is out of delivery range, HOW COME???? I am living in central KL region.

I purchased total 6 x (Dutch Lady UHT Milk - Full Cream (1L x 4)). Lazada automatically break this down into 3 different deliveries - 2 by Ninja Van (delivered today), 1 by Best Express.

The funny thing is, the Best Express tracking was working until this afternoon, it updated that it was at their distribution/sortation center.

Also, I have purchased Dutch Lady milk from Lazada Grocery Store so many times, never an issue.

Do I have any avenue to seek compensation? Cause I bought this at a good price using vouchers, which are now burned. Refund alone is not enough.

After Lazada looked into this, they tell me is because the parcel damage. But the reason stated as I can see is still "out of delivery range". They say will reinstate voucher (quite useless) and give a sorry voucher.

Lazzie Hunt FSV can't use with all stores is it? Like Lazada Grocery Store...

Lazada gave me a voucher code for an issue with one of my orders, however the voucher code when redeemed said this: "Sorry, the voucher have been fully redeemed already".

I contacted them, and they sent me a new code, but it's the SAME ISSUE!!!

Has anyone faced this? What is happening here, is the support agent using the code immediately after sending to me (and before I can use it)?

I have no issues with Lazada logistics. Mostly small items, one 10kg large box. Total 10 orders since birthday sale, all received within 2 days of shipping out. I have a KL postcode. Orders shipped half by LEL, half by NJV.

Not the first time with Anker, surely somebody should sue their (and Lazada Malaysia's) pants off for blatant, false pricing/advertising.
