I have gone thru the same situation but mine after paid deposit, he sold the car to another buyer. It's quite frustrating but we're unable to do anything. I went to consumer (KPDNHEP), it's not so helpful and they just mentioned that they've try to get back the deposit amount.
I just went to the shop, get refunded with credit card deduction and went to another good reliable dealer |
