The button on my mijia dashcam (1st gen) is stuck, anyway or shop to repair it? now it stuck in the pressed position ala press & hold. cant turn it off.

Just wondering, the 70mai app cannot view the live view of the rear camera? trying to setup the optimal viewing angle, but cannot find any menu for live view.  |

Any way to reduce reflection/ glare? My rear camera have terrible reflection… hard to watch the footage.
