Does anyone have a solution for this issue? Can’t calibrate, can’t connect to app (wifi is off), can’t hard reset, can’t access settings.

It’s a 70mai A500S. From googling, I’ve tried downloading different firmware, put it into the SD card but still the same. Formatting the SD card also no change.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I actually contacted 70mai directly and they gave me a firmware to update manually based on my serial number or whatever. Still didn’t work, just stayed the same. They just suggested me to go back to where I purchased it to try to fix, useless customer service this 70mai.

Mine is actually A800s too, wrongly typed A500s in the post.

I don’t know of other places but I would still recommend Sicurez. My first experience with them was in 2022 and I just went last week for a new dashcam. Great service, friendly to explain things, and not pushy with the products. You can try calling/whatsapp and ask for the price first.
