Wow. Read the comments in their FB page. Looks like charging without proof is almost normal. I signed up during their initial start as rental of cars were free then. Didnt actually get to use the service but am now wary about having my credit card saved in the app. Have sent their customer service an enquiry on how to close my account and have all my personal information deleted. Not worth the risk.
