Dear Socar

How would I be able to lock the car and close my rental, if I stole your battery beforehand?

Sekian.

From TS post, they claimed TS still responsible for the car until next guy rent it.

So Car = totally lepas tangan business, consumers bear all the risks.

TS screenshot in his FB (spoiler below) indicates that Socar implies "the car battery has been changed" during the reservation period.

socar reply to me is when the next rental person can't start the car only they realize the battery is missing and claim i took it after ended my rental period. so they charged me.

I guess it didn't cross their minds it was that person who stole the battery.

If the battery is missing, how to unlock the car let alone try to start it.

Are they really that bodo?
