U cannot return the car without locking it. The app will tell you that the door is unlocked. Lock it first before the app allows u to return the car

I guess it didn't cross their minds it was that person who stole the battery.

make police report, find the parking's cctv. i am regular socar renter, no issues so far.

to return the car, you need to lock the car first, take pic then only initiate return. if can lock car then the battery is still in there.

my last socar rental is terrible. most expensive car they have - 330e, yet it has so many warning lights, dashcam missing, and the roadtax kena swapped also.
