Can be specific what key press vibrate you meant?

QUOTE(vhs1 @ May 16 2019, 08:44 AM)
Will the key press vibrate when pressing the camera shot button further contribute more jerking or blurry photos?

How to take away the vibrate key press?

Mate 20 looks very tempting but I am concerned about security updates. Anyone knows if it is good? Thinking between mate 20 and note 9. Note 9 is also RM2799

Samsung sure better than Huawei in term of firmware update on phone. They won't update phone after excess 2 years.

I think I asked this before and someone here using a Mate 20 Pro who has a sister using the Mate 20 said that to the naked eye the photos look pretty similar, even the night shots.

Thanks, really appreciate this. Some reviewers mentioned the similar about camera and performance.

Yes good example to my previous P9 Plus & my wife S7 edge. My wife bought her phone earlier than me and still update till March 2019 before she upgraded to P30 Pro. My P9 Plus already stop any update since Aug 2018. No more firmware support. Actually my P9 Plus still working good but just no firmware update. I changed to Mate 20 Pro then Mate 20x due to want better camera spec.

I see, but you are not concerned about the lack of security updates?

Most of the manufacturer will stop provides updates after certain timeframe. I owned both brand of phones, Samsung and Huawei, like what the previous post, Samsung is slightly better than Huawei . Alternative if you want constant up-to-date firmware/ software, you need to get a Google Pixel phone smile.gif

Google Pixel is quite expensive and does not have the hardware that can match Huawei or Samsung. And they do not have an official presence here in Malaysia 😫

Well updates all depend on the phone model & spec and also Android version. 2 years timeframe is good enough.

Oic.... you can disable vibrate on touch under sounds setting > more sound settings > untick whichever feature you don't like too...

in term of performance and camera, mate 20/mate 20 pro/mate 20x should be similar right?
*
The physical fingerprint sensor of m20 has much faster performance than the on screen sensor of m20pro.

The face recognition function of m20pro has much better performance than m20 when in low light environment.

For photos taken by m20/m20pro, if you post it in WhatsApp or FB (which will reduce the image quality for download speed trade-off), will be of no different. There will be slight different in ultra low light condition, or you want to zoom in far object. The pro has better capability for these conditions.
