The project has nice location, shopping center is within walking distance.

The project is in prime location. High density though... Only a few units left.
Those units, only left front & back car park wit one entrance but with 20K discount.

The facility hall (swimming pool) is on 10th floor, the lower floor in this scenario is 11th floor but wit 1st floor car park.

The higher floor unit is 30th floor, wit 6th floor car park.

b]The car park, no need to turn.... It directly up, small circle and up and up... The space is around, 4 cars space small circle
[/B]
Which one will u choose?

It's I-Santorini, Penang Tanjung Tokong.

Usually the areangement is the higher the unit the floor lever the lower the parking level.

This seem to be an opposite. Choose low floor better, near to the facilities and easy to access the parking.

If gonna stay until old age....i'd prefer low floor...easy for me to find alternatives if something happens like water shortages or health conditions

there must be reasons why developer is willing to give low floor low carparks...…

if this deal is too good to be true, its usually not true.

why the entire block sold out but leave this low floor unit not sold? every investor overlook? SA keeps the best for last? loan rejected unit????? apa cerita?

and you believe it????

loan rejected 1st time, no taker from other people until you came along??????

suggest you do more research on this particular unit,, what are in the immediate facilities, view out from unit, car park locations and etc before you jumped in.

6th floor is a BIG NO NO.

design of carpark is one thing, but if JMB allows you to round and round is another.

I have seen many condos have round and round features, but JMB decided to block the rounding and force drivers to go a big round to go up or down....

guess its for safety reasons, many accidents happened for this round and round setup.

I have low floor car park, residents simply park at my car park.

I guess high floor, won't have such problem.

I m surprised wit the result too. Higher floor, not all more windy and comfortable.

This location, can do air bnb, high floor or low floor car park not tht important.

New condo.
Many empty car parks.Just ground floor and first floor more cars parking .
Already a few times happen. My car park occupied.

File complaint, not yet clamped car.
I guessing many people simply parks.

Just curious, KL has the highest carpark condo, how many floors?

You wanna change just becos some pipu in lowyatforum voted low floor???l

Both got pro and con LA

I prefer high floor but the car park l6 is a bummer. Also if lift break down good luk to u 30floor.

Low floor sometimes bising and also may be more pest like mozie.

Must weight the decision carefully. But definitely don't follow the result of LYN

depends if you want to include mechanical carpark or not.

isola KLCC I think 20 floors.

and its not condo.

condo typically only have not more than 5 storey above ground.

1 major reason i guess is because low floor selling price is cheaper.
with the majority of property forumer is investor, so mostly prefer it.

tenant usually not so picky about floor, but picky about rental price.

Trueee, thank god it is capped at RM2.08 now rclxm9.gif but to me, maybe i can cut the extra petrol cost of going around 5 level parking lot per entry (maybe a total of 20++ level per day, depends on how frequent in and out), that money can be utilized for service or maintenance perhaps thumbup.gif

There is a saying

"It's never too late to teach an ole dog new tricks"

IMO guess your takeaway this time;

1) Always take what a sales person(s) tell you with a pinch or dollop of salt.

2) Dun ask questions here after you have already committed to something. It will make your life more confused and miserable.

Cheers

Still ts needs to make decision loh.

Not say after signed spa, you sealed for life already.

You still ca rescind the spa if foundation not completed and tje damages might be min compared to tight down for life.

What is the facing for both units? High floor facing anything bad?

If everything same except the parking and price same I would choose higher floor

If higher floor facing highway but lower floor facing landscape I choose low floor

What is the facing for both units? High floor facing anything bad?

If everything same except the parking and price same I would choose higher floor

If higher floor facing highway but lower floor facing landscape I choose low floor

High floor swimming pool view. Not highway
LOW floor not much view... I think other building view or pool view

Higher floor windier, brighter , nicer view , can see sky.

At same price at lower floor, I would definitely choose the higher floor unit.

As for the problem with the sixth floor parking, I m sure u will find a way to suit yourself when u move in.

Why so lacking confidence.?? U chose it , its your unit! Don't change unless its a major thing wrong with it.

Last time, I pick the best available, I think

Because recently, many units (70+ units )released out.... (Last time, told SOLD OUT). But, price increased
So, it's like I doesn't made the best decision

It's very common. Therefore when we buy, we buy the one which suit us most. Of course there will be better deal out there but it's beyond our control.
