The project has nice location, shopping center is within walking distance.

The project is in prime location. High density though... Only a few units left.
Those units, only left front & back car park wit one entrance but with 20K discount.

The facility hall (swimming pool) is on 10th floor,  the lower floor in this scenario is 11th floor but wit 1st floor car park.

The higher floor unit is 30th floor, wit 6th floor car park.

b]The car park, no need to turn.... It directly up, small circle and up and up...  The space is around, 4 cars space small circle

Which one will u choose?

You wanna change just becos some pipu in lowyatforum voted low floor???l

Both got pro and con LA

I prefer high floor but the car park l6 is a bummer. Also if lift break down good luk to u 30floor.

Low floor sometimes bising and also may be more pest like mozie.

Must weight the decision carefully. But definitely don't follow the result of LYN

1 major reason i guess is because low floor selling price is cheaper.
with the majority of property forumer is investor, so mostly prefer it.

tenant usually not so picky about floor, but picky about rental price.
