The project has nice location, shopping center is within walking distance.
The project is in prime location. High density though... Only a few units left.
Those units, only left front & back car park wit one entrance but with 20K discount.
The facility hall (swimming pool) is on 10th floor, the lower floor in this scenario is 11th floor but wit 1st floor car park.
The higher floor unit is 30th floor, wit 6th floor car park.
b]The car park, no need to turn.... It directly up, small circle and up and up... The space is around, 4 cars space small circle
