Yup, it's never a good choice to install something just to achieve small thing like notification light, as the app will be constantly checking for new notifications and wake ur device by opening the app to show the light, which will keep on and off (if u choose to show for 8 seconds every 20 seconds option).

Yeah. Same case with me, they told me to wait approximate 1 months. But I called samsung yesterday, thry say the earbud should be taken on the same day, now they are not allow us to take. Btw I bought mine at midvalley.

so far quite good, i disabled many unused apps, follow some of the tips here & there..full charge can last 1.5 days with standard SOT..the only battery draining incident that i encountered was when i installed the always on edge app for notch notification..

meaning its not a reduction in the RRP unlike what huawei did to their mate 20 pro, and furthermore its for a limited time

but we'll see in the coming months

The screenshot I showed just now was during day. Overnight, my phone used to drain only 5%. But lately it's coming back to 10%. Not sure what went wrong.
Yesterday was Playstore. I noticed it's very high. Ran 19 hours + at background since 12AM. Means it's running all the time!
I stopped AOD.Cleared Play Store service cache and partition cache. It seems to stop already.

Having said that, my P20 Pro never had this issue.
Huawei phone sleeps very well.

Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Clear cache > click on Storage > Clear everything there

Reset my phone, fresh install everything and only sync contact. Wonder why the edge lighting become cacat. Lol

actually my previous note8 in idle is better than my s10+, s10+ idling in 7hours drain 8% battery but note 8 idling almost 19 hours only lost 5% battery

For edge lighting notification, did it light up during screen off? Mine just got edge light noti during screen on only, is that normal? I already select 'always'  at settings.

I might just found the solution..try to change in Popup notification > only when screen "off" in your whatsapp/telegram. It will trigger the edge notification when screen is off. Mine ok already.
