Entered it once many years ago while taking Qatar Business class. But since they’ve refurnished, believe it should be much better as it was better than PPL previously.

WM can enter PPL without issue btw.

PPFL is there long time already. But flight club is more convenient for quick meal and group seatings. Also food wise is acceptable with coffee to my liking 😂

I came back from oversea but I have to take baggage first before going back to hometown by local flight.

CIMB Preferred VI : can access the PPL at Gateway Level 2m (The old one & the newly opened PPL @ Gateway)

RHB Premiem VI : Can access the PPL at Gateway Level 2m (the old one only)

So it seems like for the aerotel PPL, RHB cards are not allowed to enter "yet"

i was back from kaohsiung the other day, i manually chk in since there is luggage. the boarding pass left with me is a small piece of paper which is without any barcode. the klia2 aerotel ppl don't accept that piece of paper as they cant scan it, they suggest i use a credit card that don't need boarding pass which i did bring along.

1. i really have do idea until now what sort of boarding pass they talking abt since i just follow the procedure and process accordingly.

2. there are credit card that don't insist of boarding pass hmmm...

This is one of the options for the 3 lounges in klia2, ie gateway, aerotel and wellness spa..... available to all cards accepted into these lounges.....

The bank just get an invoice for entry by customer....

What the customer gets is chosen by him/her.....3hrs lounge or 1hr room.....I asked if can bring food to room (!)..... reception girl says "don't know".....

I hr room is quite useless lah.....it's basically just a shower....

I have cimb preferred Visa infinite which entitle for unlimited access to premium lounge, and also one supplementary card for my wife, can I know that the supplementary card can enter for free or chargeable?

The customer service staff told me is chargeable which my wife is also a preferred customer, but I read through forum they said is free, I'm so confused

Besides, if morning I use it at penang airport, then after that I reach KL, on the same day, can I swipe to enter again?

Some of these foreign lounges are pretty crappy anyway....worse than good ppl in msia....
