Yes, better use few mb every 88 days (before 90 days), my way is to make 5 seconds call every 88days.

Try to set unifi sim in redmi note 8, set the unifi network to 2g only, see whether could receive incoming call for unifi sim.

for redmi series phone, apart from *#*#86583#*#* to disable volte carrier check , you should dial *#*#869434#*#* to disable vowifi carrier check, and go to sim setting to enable vowifi.

Just discover a rare phenomena, own 2 unifi prepaids, the first simcard A own since 2018 when it first launched, the second simcard B just newly mnp portin from celcom prepaid.

When inserted these 2 simcards into poco m4 5g phone, only simcard A (2018) trigger the signal vowifi , no vowifi signal for simcard B (2023), trying to swap the simcard slot, the samething happenning only simcard A(2018) will trigger off the vowifi signal icon, no matter which simcard slot switch., The newly port in simcard B wont have vowifi.

Sometimes, 70%, cant get gmail two step verification code sms, for unifi mobile. It wont happen for celcom or hotlink pantas

since unifi mobile prepaid are asking to replace the simcard, already done that 1 month ago, with the following new simcard

I chatted with online cs, they said the same, okie, just never mind, I got the old one with no uni5G wording, nevermind.

CS said just encourage those very old simcard (2018) to change, if new simcard used just 1 year ago, no need to change

And somemore, there is a FAQ in the cs chat like this: Adakah saya perlu menukar kad sim sedia ada kepada kad sim 5G yang baharu untuk menikmati pengalaman 5G. Jawapan :Tidak perlu, Anda boleh terus menggunakan kad sim sedia ada untuk menikmati pengalaman 5G.

Also received the sms to ask to use up all the old data before 31 December 2023.

But their system is faulty, 1024MB and 3.15Gb are the oldest data, 7.93Gb just bought few months ago, and the internet data will use 7.93Gb first, not the 1024MB and 3.15Gb, in order to use 1024MB and 3.15Gb, you must use up 7,93Gb , then could use 1024MB and 3.15Gb...

I think depends on the luck, something at the end of unifi mobile network setting, own 5 unifi simcards, but only two can get vowifi, the rest of three no vowifi whatsoever.

For xiaomi phone, Xiaomi to disable volte check dialer *#*#86583#*#*

For xiaomi or variant phone, to disable vowifi check:
Dialer *#*#869434#*#*

Go to simcard setting to enable volte and vowifi, if change simcard might need to repeat the process.

Hopefully after that while receiving call will stay on 4g with volte. Just try ..
