go to apps setting--> history-----> addon, all the privious addon history are listed there, showed to cs....

that would be a truly mystery.

When click the apps and ask to log in again, try to close the apps, and relaunch the apps, it will auto log in to the last state of account. or

does unifi mobile bebas has pay as you use for internet data, let say got money inside unifi mobile bebas, and only have free 1gb Lte data ( no free 3g data), while using internet data 4g, if signal fall to 3g, someone said will enter the pay as you use for 3g internet data money will be deducted directly . is this true? or

if got money inside unifi mobile, have no free internet data for 4g/3g, and hv no internet plan, if accidently turn on internet data, will this trigger off the pay as you use and will money be deducted directly? Is this true?

if no more 3g celcom, how to use those 3g/lte data?

go to unifi simcard setting, in addition to the existing APN setting,, choose Add New Access Point:

Name: ims
APN:ims
APN type:ims

(the rest of setting just ignore, and save this new APN setting, it wont appear in the setting list then, restart your phone, hopefully the VOLTE will appear. If not, just ignore this post.)

Any kind of usage of sending a sms, making phone call, using internet data, or top up will automatically extend 90 days validity, so no need to top up frequently to get 30 days validity. (Redeeming free 1gb data also considering a kind of top up, so it will extend the validity for 90 days automatically, I have unifi mobile sim card which didn't top up for 4 years, just by any kind of the above usage to extend the validity for 90 days, let's say you use the internet data, it will extend validity for 90 days, and then after 89 days, you use internet data, it will extend validity for another 90 days.)

RM35 is for unlimited data for 30 days which the speed is capped in 8mbps, no need to pay more, juse RM35, no extra 6% service or whatever it is a prepaid.

You could use in modified or non modified modem, but the bebas Rm35 unlimited data will be capped in 8mbps speed with unlimited data usage.

Which modem, some other forumites will have good suggestion...

Once upon a time, long ago when unifi mobile first launched the simcard in January 2018, with free simcard and giving away free 20Gb data ( no deadline), free 10 minutes and free 10 sms ( no time limit).........

just knew something new about unifi mobile, there is something call balance expiry date, and termination date. If you reload unifi mobile, there is balance expiry date, may be 90 days, after 90 days the balance will be freeze and can't be used to buy adds on, cant make call (if there is no calling minutes bought before), cant send sms.

Balance expiry date only will be extended by reloading unifi mobile,

Any chargeable usage ( using data, send sms, etc ) will extend termination date and not extend the balance expiry date.

Any forumite here can show whether your unifi mobile has ever told you about the balance being freezed after balance expiry date? Thank you............
