Out of the blue more than 10 of my prepaid acc given 60minutes of call. Is this perpetual or valid for limited period only?

The free 60min reduced by 3 sec for call I made last night to extend another 90days of validity. Existing call minutes untouched.

Does anyone here experiencing speed caps of up to 5Mbps (via 4G network) on the high speed passes (those priced RM6/10/18 with limited quota and unlimited validity). I understand that there are speed caps on 4G if I am using unlimited passes but having speed caps on those very expensive passes are ridiculous!

The passes are like 4 times more expensive when compared to the FUP of their 5G monthly/weekly high speed passes and internet will stop if the data has used up. I have complained via Unifi and might complain on MCMC soon if the answer is not satisfactory.

I have tested on multiple SIMs connected to Unifi Mobile, there is absolutely no speed caps when connected to 5G or 4G band 28 (I am using a Samsung device - which can lock to a specific band easily). Speed caps only happened when connected to Unifi own 4G network (Band 5/40).

I might just port to Hotlink Pantas (I already have 1X SIM with them and are happy with it) if the situation continues. I am staying just for the sake of unlimited validity data passes.

Did you have other pass/plan ongoing?Sometime they prioritise those first which is 5 mbps on 4G

Seems like unifi mobile data have expiry date now?

After the upgrade, I have to head to diff places to login again (3 bebas plans for 3 4g routers for IOT purpose).. That's just a temporary fix since some of these routers don't have remote access function.

How to consolidate these numbers into 1 acc? Else I need to change telco liao

The new app includes activating VoWifi and VoLTE. Not sure if this will trigger anything.

The data hot pass and call, any expiry date? I am looking to buy 8GB and 200 mins.

Also no biometric login. I think slowly they will improve the app...

Some of these numbers don't have email reg to it, so I hafta head down there, login one by one, add email, then combine like the method u said. 3 out of 5 numbers added, remaining 2 got OTP issue.....

Aiya, my unifi bebas prepaid with credit of > RM10 kena terminated by unifi, anything I can do to re-activate the sim card ?

Usually if take unifi mobile they give 010 or 011 ?

does just ringing a few second count towards renew the date for bebas plan or need to be pickup?

Just got SMS saying 8GB will be credited into my account… I don’t see any 8GB also on my app…

And my 10GB still missing…

Found the 8GB, but then again it’s useless to me since I ain’t going anywhere outside today…
