Looks like the Live Chat Agents have a virus in their brain... out of 10 Agents me communicated for the past three (3) days, only one Agent named "Wan Muhammad Hisyam" gave sort of an answer, even though the answer is NOT correct:



All other Agents will give either
1) Cannot retrieve the validity date in their system, or
2) Asking us, "When is the last reload?" instead, or
3) Must reload to ensure always active, or
4) Any usage extends 90 days validity, or
5) Buy add-ons to get 90 days validity., or
6) Anything else other than a specific date.

So, if we wish to get the correct answer to what is the validity "DATE" for any of the PRE-paid SIMs, ensure to take BP pills ( alot of them) and then vomit blood after chat ended...LOL...

       

Exactly, had to continue pushing, then finally managed to get an answer.

Possibly the fastest port in process that I ever seen, take less than 1 mins for Yes (between the Yes reply and approval) to approve the process

5 May - purchase SIM via app and try to port out from Yes
8 May 3pm - Get the SIM on TM Point
9 May 9:45 am - Yes send SMS request for port out
9:46 am - send YES


9:47 am - request approved by Yes



10:02 am - Signal loss and that number is officially ported to Unifi
