1 more raised for my family member pending but I believe will get the exact same copy/paste 'proposal' for settlement thumbsup.gif

Basically, you will be 'compensated' the add-ons that you told them MCMC went missing EXCEPT for SMS because IMO they no longer have any SMS add-on

So for my case, they 'compensated' data with data, minute with minute but SMS with minute instead

Eventually, customers became more knwoledgable than TM CS or even some Techs on their own products

The network in general is rather unstable

I can see my network is showing at least 3 or 4 bars yet calls or SMSes could not come in UNTIL I toggled on & off aeroplane mode

Another funny thing is once connected at full 5 bars then it will then drop to 1 bar & the device is when the same place

Or, both SIM 1 & SIM 2 are Unifi Mobile but SIM 1 full 5 bars & SIM 2 only 1 bar

What good about Unifi is they have 2 DR partner, CelcomDigi and Maxis but not all partners are available at any given time. Can be both also cannot use. 😂

My phone 4G je

If weak why I can get full bars for one sim and 1 for another so I guess there are a few towers around so one connected to diff

The DR only 2G works for my area. Last time Celcom but now only Maxis. I think they stopped with Celcom once moved over completed with Maxis now

And Maxis 2G here is the worst. Last time Celcom no issue. Full bars but SMSes are not coming in...

Not only that... even in mall also no 4G so if those heavily dependent on mobile one they better get others

Southern Peninsula here and I don't really bothered by the weak reception

When Celcom 2G was still available I could get superb voice & SMS reception

Now is hit & miss but as I don't really depend too much on mobile I am still holding on... for the no expiry plan grin.gif

Without them my expenses on mobile can't be only RM10 from 2018 until now, imagine 6 years and only spent RM10 for once on mobile devil.gif

And that was also because they sent me an offer of buy 60 hours talktime free 60 hours talktime

So... cheap stuff cannot demand too much & enjoy while it lasts grin.gif

They simply hantam saja with their statement, or, their settings memang kelam kabut

One of my numbers had never spent a single sen and so far I use free data or complimentary call minutes which is the 200 minutes that we got during MCO Raya

Touch wood no issue so far
