How to turn profit from stashaway into real money? Is it as simple as withdrawing it?

Invested since July 2019 in 36% highest risk portfolio:
TWR: 5.7%
MWR: 27.3%
ROI: 7.6%

The MWR quite inflated coz starting from Feb 2020, I decided to quit P2P Lending and gradually transfer all the repayments to StashAway. Ngam ngam market crashed. So you can say I 'accidentally' timed the market.

Very good, will pump some to SAMY, Wahed loss all the way past 2 months.

Salary in put 600, then weekly transfer out 150 into portfolio..
So this happens twice..

takes time 3 - 4 days from transfer to invested..

You know what we can't time with SAMY
As it took too long to deposit
And I have raiz wahed and samy
To my surprise wahed make more money than samy
And wahed is more consistent now
Samy I have 14% risk and 26% risk

stashaway is my passive investment..most of the time on stock market.

if you only have one portfolio, then it will be easy. deposit directly go there.
if you have more than one portfolio (eg. 10% + simple or 10% + 20%), then how you want this deposit go to?
once you have update the deposit for each portfolio, then it will process within 1-2 working days.

No, the goal doesnt matter that much, just rename the portfolio and change the risk settings.

Hi guys,

I've just opened an account in Stashaway and put to the highest risk settings (36%), so the portfolio is equity heavy and weighed more towards China and the US. So due to work-related reasons, I have around 50k to put in now and another 50k fairly soon.

Do note that most of my other portfolio is in property so it's relatively stable, that's why I'm going for the highest risk setting in Stashaway.

So my question is: as now the market seems very high, should I wait for it to drop before throwing all the money in? Or just put in immediately?

Another course of action that has occurred to me is to put all the money in but put the risk settings to the lowest, then if the market crashes set it back to the highest. Not sure if this makes sense or not.
