QUOTE(SonicSpyro @ Dec 6 2019, 11:01 AM) SA is super small for me right now. Thinking of pulling out of the UTs (went with Kenanga because it was through a friend) that I have and use the money for FD + withdrawals into SA for the coming year. if u have large amount of fund to be invested in robot advisor, better separate to different RA, where each RA not invest more than 100k. 100k is the amount that you can claim in case if any of these SEC approved RA got issue.I do have some in BTC + several alts, ASNB stuffs and a bit of FD. |

QUOTE(reubenyap @ Dec 8 2019, 08:07 PM) Hi, just turned 18 recently which is the legal age to open an account. It is doable for a college student like me to open account with RM500 and then DCA every month with RM100? Or should i just save up my money for future use. I think is a good plan for you. when i was at your age i kept all saving in bank but turns out I spent the money inside for entertainment, travel, shopping haizzz. Extra info: PTPTN loan will be covered by parents. Emergency fund for future use has also been prepare. Basically, I wanted to expose myself to investment but has a little knowledge about it only. just one thing, make sure you have the medical card already. |
