Recently I got an issue when trying to topup SA fund via One-time deposit plan Interbank GIRO (IBG).

I got this giro inward return C from MBB. not sure what is the problems, tried few times also same, all SA reference code /Recipient reference / account number inserted correctly and bank transfer limit is correct too.

Before that, I regularly top up via one-time deposit plan Interbank GIRO without a problem, just this starting this month cannot. wondering what is the problem..

Actually haven't, but will try email their support team to see what is the reason
