Any idea why my sell order was completed on 14 May for the auto-optimisation but no buy order is being queued at all? On SRI 30%. Is it normal? I just wait only?

Regarding the management fees that is charged monthly, is it deducted directly from our total assets value?

Ayam abit new to this MMF kind of things. So for SA Simple, if I park my money for like 15 days, does it mean I get interest for that 15 days at 2.4*pa ? (pro rated to 15 days of course)

QUOTE(XHunTerx123 @ Aug 5 2020, 09:41 AM) Hi wanna ask management fee ranges from 0.2%-0.8% per annum. It is charged monthly, on a pro-rata basis, on the average Assets under Management (AUM) of that month. If you check your monthly statement, you can see under the 'Fee Calculations' sectionCan I have any example? Still nub in SA, currently I still taking promotion/referral free period. But not sure how much the monthly charges. Like example total RM1000 in account, how much gonna been charged? |

QUOTE(datolee32 @ Aug 30 2020, 10:21 PM) I see. The return not bad. Thanks. Are u DCA? Yeap. DCA-ing. If I'm not mistaken, 30% port has the highest exposure to the US stock market, so I guess the returns are somewhat in tandem with the US stock market (& not forgetting about GLD ofc)Currently holding 20% risk portfolio with weekly DCA since early of July 2020. MYR TWR 4.98% USD TWR 8.32% datolee32 liked this post

With regards to their recently published returns for 2020, does it reflect for the ports that are denominated in GBP as well?

Recent interview on Astro Awani with country manager Ken. Interesting he touched on reaching out to EPF and PRS. Now won't that be nice.

There was a question raised in this week's Market Commentary about the returns if you opted in or out of the auto re-optimisation of portfolio.
Here's the answer from the CIO, Quote "And now the final point is in terms of actual data; what's the difference in performance? In the very, very long term, actually, total returns have very small differences, but the volatility of getting there, the path of getting there, the way we get there has become a lot more stable, a lot less volatile with the re-optimisation. So this means that if you divide the return by volatility, the risk-adjusted return actually becomes significantly improved with the re-optimisation." Link below: https://youtu.be/uoy4A2RLe_Y |

QUOTE(lee82gx @ Feb 21 2021, 12:41 PM) Out of curiosity, I checked a few of the last transactions. The buy price correspond quite well to 11.30am price in yahoo finance of the buy date. Yea. I've been checking each time a buy order is completed (to ensure buy price is between the day's high and low) and so far the buying time has always been between 1130 and 1230 for meNow what day it will buy is still a mystery, because it really depends on a chain of transactions for example jompay, direct debit or Simple (the longest chain). Could be 1 day or even 4 days if you encounter weekends + holiday hiccups |

QUOTE(Hoshiyuu @ Mar 2 2021, 02:23 PM) Oh, as I posted earlier, I've had the buy order execution pattern of (Feb) 17th, 19th, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 26th, (Mar) 1st. which is almost "every other day". But from reading other posts, I'd assume there isn't really a consistent buy order schedule, and it might be buying/selling at certain trigger price. Usually need USD5 to trigger a buy order. Maybe you can try RM25 daily for a week? I don't really mind regardless, SA is not a stock broker, I don't intend to treat it as such. Money goes in but none of it is coming out any time soon for me. ![]() (SA staff, I am sorry if manual labor is ever involved in handling a deposit and buy order) |

QUOTE(prophetjul @ Mar 30 2021, 02:26 PM) Question: Does the morning portfolio status reflect the price action of the US markets the night before? Nope.Usually there's two updates to the portfolio. First one is the forex change - usually noon/ after lunch Second one is the actual change from the previous night's trading - usually between after lunch till night time. Anyone noticed the BFM promo code has been inactivated? Or is it just for me?
