Hi All, I tried to sign up but was unable to onboard because of "domestic ringgit borrowing". Does that mean that with 2 housing loans and 1 hire purchase loan, I do not qualify?

Hi All...

Has the option to schedule recurring deposit via direct debit on a weekly basis been removed? I can only see options for monthly and quarterly...

If it makes any difference, the direct debit is from a Maybank account...

Yes. Daily and weekly have been removed

From SA Customer Service:
The reason for removing daily and weekly transfer is the per transfer amount is too small to make the economics work. Its also to ensure the cash flow is managed more efficiently.

Hope this answers and do reach out if you have further questions! smile.gif

Hello all...
I didn't pay close attention to the monthly statements since it's DCA and let it be, but I noticed something with the management fees that I want to check on how it's being charged...

I noticed the following from my statements...

Month X :
Opening balance : Say $10,000
Cashflow : $1,000
Returns : $200
Management fee : $25
Closing balance : $10,000 + $1,000 + $200 - (Mgmt fee month 1 + Mgmt fee month 2 +... + Mgmt fee month X)

Would appreciate if someone could help verify. Thanks in advance...
