When we invest, we want it to be on uptrend
And so the phrase buy high seller higher

since we does not know when it will up and down, DCA is always a good option
As long as you believe your choice will on the uptrend.

Just asking,
In forex when you feel the market going down, u can place sell position (u get profit when it goes down). So can SA also do that or you only buy and expect the market to always go higher.
Sorry I'm newbie to this investment thing. I'm planning to DCA anyway but @karweng question makes me think.

Guys, can I pay to SA using credit card?
If I did pay using CC for investment thing, will there be interest that I need to pay (my dad told this). Maybe just to scare me😑.
I know there is a interest charged for late payment, but this sound new to me.

There's no option to invest using cc.

Also, not sure if you are investing the money you don't have using cc or have the money but just wanna enjoy the benefit of the cc . If its the former then it's advisable not to do so.

As for the fees for cc, some company do charge fees for cc or maybe give rebates for cash buyer.

Yes. Need to spent rm2000 in 2 month. Maybe I just transfer to big pay and then transfer from BP to SA.

From what I know, they only update once a day (10am to 2pm) in between that time range.

Yup. Still within the time frame that they stated.
Just curious about the inconsistency that's all.

SA is the easiest way to park your assets outside Malaysia right now.

I am very very pessimistic with where this country is going as of now.

Rakuten said will implement it this year but no any update yet. And CIMB ProsperUs also should register with SC soon.

For now IB seem to be the best choice.

But I need to know, what if suddenly in 10 years Malaysia currency change from 1:3 to 1:2, then I will be in big loss right when withdraw back to Malaysia?

depends,...
what are the chances or probability of that happening,...
looking at past historical trend,...it could become 1:6 too

even if it can be 1:3,...then have to see how much that investment had made too compared to investment made in M'sia focused in M'sia equities

QUOTE(honsiong @ Sep 29 2021, 06:54 PM)
Yes! But the chance of that happening is slim af.

Thank guys, was concerned about this since im interested in Endowus and IB now.
Anyone using Endowus?, they use mutual fund mainly which is very difference with SA, Mytheo who uses ETF only.

Just my funny thought. Previously this country is dominated by a single party who can do whatever they want and i wouldnt be worried since i know for sure they will keep up with the trend of going more lower than sgp. But this all change since the last election and looking at current trend. Now the opposition force is almost equal with them, citizen is more aware and well informed.
So got chance this country can be run by smart and talented people again.
