Its normal because they have internal pool.
Which mean they themself can act as market maker.
Our buy sell order will not execute in the market.
For example A sell portfolio consist of RM100 KWEB.
B deposit RM200 and RM100 will used to by the RM100 KWEB.
They will not transact the A order to market.
They will just change the RM100 from A to B.
But they still charge us same annual management fee.

Technically, what they can do to earn more is by saving on commission pay to broker by delay the buy sell order. which mean all order is changing hand internally without sending it to market.
