Don't go into Wahed.
I just did a full withdrawal.
Somebody claimed that we're paying 16% premium for the 2 ETFs under very aggressive portfolio.

Point mistake you did is you follow whatever people said in this forum. Look no robo advisor are perfect. Let people decide by themselves la whether to invest or not.

SA MY in early days got people talk how fishy SA is. Got couple of people withdraw because of what other people “say”.

People should do some research and understand what they’re investing.

the reason i am asking this question is because i always thought is ROBOT that does the investment so ROBOT will know how to react when they see a certain indicator in their system base on the algorithm / AI
so it should be able to mitigate heavy losses
*
Theres only algorithm involved based on your risk appetite. No AI like a AI bot that simply buy funds for you to make you wealthy.

Thank you guys for the reply! After knowing that a university student without income can join this stashaway, I think I might give it a shot for long term investment, I guess I will deposit RM50 to it. Btw, is it necessary to deposit every month ?
*
I wont say its necessary, but if you want it to grow, it is recommended to deposit consistently per month, per week, or per day whichever that you feel comfortable with.

Why until 100k?

Because SC only guarantees up to 100k? If more than 100k fund, they wont guarantee you anything after 100k?

How often you DCA for the 8% portfolio. I was thinking of creating one for long term, but nothing can beat ASB dividen for now. So yeah, lean more towards ASB still.
*
Before this month, was every week. To keep up with the volatility of the market.

And because I just start investing directly to stock market, I will DCA bi-weekly from now on.

WTA...Which is better DCA once per week or once every 2 weeks? I think I've read about some who do twice a week even. Also which days in the week to deposit? Basically, I have a fixed monthly amount. Would like to know the most ideal way to go about it.

P.S. I already did a single dump and so far, not bad... Now DCA.
*
if you do bi-weekly, make sure the amount is higher and same amount. if weekly, normally it's low amount because you divide sum amount / 4-5 weeks.

The screenshot is for 10% or 22%?

Cause I also have a single 22% portfolio;

MYR

MWR +19.46%
TWR +2.05%

But out of RM7.5k I am getting currently RM800++ profit.

You got RM10k but same profit with my RM7.5k net depo?
*
overall.

Im gonna need to update my cash distribution more to 22% risk portfolio than 10% risk portfolio.

Majority of my DCA were in March - May, post the drop. So I guess I am lucky.

Plus KWEB performing nicely also contributes to the unrealised profit

newbie here for stashaway... Just want to ask.. to deposit money...

1) Do i need to put in planned deposit in stashaway app/site first then only jompay it? or i can direct favourite the jompay and make deposit randomly...

2) Do i need to wait for the 1st deposit to cleared and reflected first before i deposit the 2nd jompay payment?
*
1. I think the only way u can get the Jompay "Code" is to create a planned deposit first.

2. No you don't have to. But your 2nd deposit will process in queue. Meaning it won't be process at the same time with your first deposit.

Thanks for the answer..

1) i know for 1st deposit you need to get the planned deposit and generate the jompay code first... But what about the 2nd deposit...? i saw the planned deposit setting in the site, need to fill in the deposit amount one... do I need to do that every time i deposit or i can just direct jompay on 2nd deposit?
*
Use that Jompay code for your deposits. My Jompay code haven't change since I start investing on StashAway. So no matter how many deposits you make, use the same Jompay code that it gave you.

And if you update your deposit plan next time, the code will still be the same. So don't worry.
