To be safe, you can check whether the Jewel rush counter chance in the maybank mobile app is increased or not after paying RM30 one time.
The counter is updated almost instantly.
If it is increase, you can continue paying the rest of rm30 until complete.

Still 0 chance in playing the game.

Paid TM bill $30 using laptop jompay on 6/2. Paid Caring store bill on 7/2 more than $30

jompay not qualify. use the payee method

Jompay will not earn any jewel rush chances. I managed to earn chance by paying using web on laptop.
How about paying bills using MAE instead?

1) Can I use the app to transfer $ to bigpay? Currently, can't find anywhere to do so.

2) If able, will it earn any jewel rush chances. Looking at this page, it doesn't seem so

I just paid $30 to favourite payee in M2U laptop (under bill payment) but still 0 chance in jewel rush. Don't know why as in the above website, it clearly states bill payment of min $30 via M2U is allowed. Sigh!

Just use app to pay, left few more days to earn chances

I don't think can transfer money to bigpay to earn chance.
Try use the pay bills in MAE to pay your billsto see whether it works or not. I also out of ideas already n😅

Pay your Maybank CC / Loan / Hire-Purchase accounts using MAE - Money Out - Bill Payments.

Use a Maybank CC to top up Bigpay (no CB/reward) so create an outstanding balance on the following day, then use MAE to pay Maybank CC indirectly to earn Jewel prize (mostly RM0.19 per RM30 bill payment).

Thanks for the reply. I think he doesn't has a maybank CC if not mistaken. I know we can top up to boost/big pay/shopeepay, etc to create outstanding balance.
