How about a research to show both male and female Malay candidates obtained more civil service job callbacks than their Bumiputra, Chinese, Indian and peers combined? 

Wht tok kok you tok about, chinese has better chance to be hired than malay, be it in civil service or Armed force.

I thought there is a quota for chinese/indian in the army. The reazon goverment encouraging is because both of them expecially the chinese still half from the allocated quota?

100 post = let say 10 000 people apply = 67.4% (6740 Malay) + 24.6% (2460 Chinese) + 7.3% (730 Indian) + 0.7% (70 Others).

If you look at at LHDN previous data on examination list, fitness assessment list, interview list and successful candidates list...........

67.4 % sure boh all are meleis ?

Bumiputra also include orang asli, Portuguese Eurasians, Kadazans, Bajau, Iban, etc.
