QUOTE(duHwaN @ Mar 7 2019, 04:32 PM) There is a discrimination against Malay candidate. Agree. Racism is an organized system of oppression built on the social categorization and stratification of social groups into ‘races’ that devalues and disempowers those groups regarded as inferior and differentially allocates to them valued societal opportunities and resources. But this study and the following press conference made a very premature conclusion: Zaidel said the findings point to clear race-based discrimination in ethnic Chinese-dominated private sector employment, a taboo subject that often fuel racially-charged debates. Without showing the breakdown of the hiring company as compare to Hock-Aun Lee study --> which suggest even Malay controlled company discriminate against Malay company even more; with the tendency to call back Chinese candidate 1.6x more than Malay. So a race based discrimination is there, but the earlier study suggest it is due to a stereotype instead of racism. It is an art to mix fact and fiction together to mislead and fool the public. Racism can be expressed in multiple forms including as stereotypes (categorical beliefs), prejudice (negative attitudes), and discrimination (unequal treatment). READ HERE LA kek dont spin your words la. Stereotyping is an expression of racism. |

As you said in previous, as the table turned, the NO RACIST became the RACIST.Man, for a guy that open so many reports on people being racist, you'd think you'd be a little more sensitive Maybe he thought that Malaysia only hv 2 race only. ps: Ah, and in a snap, the table turned. |

I hire base on capability. In the end, it's me that suffer if I hire the wrong people.
But from my experience, a certain race tend to be more hardworking and willing to take in and also learn more compare to certain one. |

READ HERE LA kek dont spin your words la. Stereotyping is an expression of racism. Stereotyping can be an expression of racism, but not all stereotyping is an act of racism. If a Malay discriminate against another Malay because of stereotypes, is that really racism? (unless you want to consider self racism as part of the usual definition of racism) ** you can replace Malay with just any other. |

Who are those 500 employers? Are they just from certain race? If so yes that race is racist. If it's from all sorts of employers, then all of us are equally racist.Racism can be expressed in multiple forms including as stereotypes (categorical beliefs), prejudice (negative attitudes), and discrimination (unequal treatment).
