Even if the survey was 'biased'... the reality is real.

Why? Because I am also part of the candidate selection process albeit just to see how well the candidate can interact, not the big questions.

I think so far mostly Chinese hires, Malay zero, Indian zero.

What I also notice is that the ones with English names = higher chances of being hired. And of course, your 'origin'.

My advice - - Malaysia has no hope if you're gunning for ultimate success. Jump ship and earn $$$ and never look back. Easier said than done, but I have a few colleagues who have done that. Me? Still looking for a better job.

The conclusion that I've come to from this tered is everyone will say their race not racist and will try their darnest to support their own race or whatever their bias is lah.
